Audika and Viaposte : a logistics partnership at the service of customer experience

In March 2025, Audika, the French leader in hearing health, chose Viaposte to manage logistics for its online store. The goal: to entrust an expert partner with the stock and online order management, in order to allow Audika teams to fully focus on customer relations, and the development of their product catalogue.


Today, as many as 800 product SKUs are managed at the Viaposte warehouse in Fontenoy-sur-Moselle.

Right from the start, Audika stood out from its competitors with a bold strategy aimed at online sales. “We took the gamble of appealing directly to the general public in marketing certain hearing equipment and accessories on the internet and running TV ads,” explains Jacques. It was a gamble that demanded impeccable logistics, given the specific challenges in the online distribution of medical devices.

 

After managing all of its logistics internally for several years, Audika chose to take another strategic step: outsourcing this critical step in its operations. A growing order volume, a need for more and more suitable IT tools and a desire to focus its teams on customer relations made this choice essential. The goal was to partner with a logistics specialist who could bring a professional level of expertise to this crucial function, and guarantee a fast and reliable supply chain, perfectly adapted to the demands of selling hearing accessories online.

All of the goods handled by Viaposte for Audika, ranging from earplugs to accessories such as batteries, chargers and cleaning products, are stored at a Viaposte warehouse in Eastern France.

The service provided by Viaposte includes shelf storage space and order preparation and shipping to end customers, via the network of La Poste, Viaposte’s parent company.

What won over Audika was more than just Viaposte’s logistics, it was its capacity to seamlessly integrate all of its information systems. Viaposte was chosen for its ability to support Audika with a wide range of challenges: from IT inventory management through to tailored support for a secure migration to new tools for their e-commerce platform and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

What next?

Audika and Viaposte do not intend to stop there.

The two partners are already working on:

  • Optimizing packaging to cut environmental impacts and improve customer experience
  • Streamlining order fulfilment to enable a later order cut-off, while simultaneously guaranteeing quicker deliveries.
  • Extending outsourcing to cover stock destined for Audika’s 650 outlets across France.

 

It is a partnership that continues to evolve, and is already preparing its next successes for 2026!
